Before getting into this, this is a one chapter game. No more chapters will be coming the future.
Also, this isn't a 100% feel or aesthetic of Danganronpa, yet I hope you enjoy it anyway :Dd

To fullscreen use [F4].
!!! Put your initial volume to low, the audio tends to be loud!!!

!!! IMPORTANT INFO!!!
The game can freeze during animated cutscenes. I have yet to find a reason for that.
So to restart the game use [F5] in case of freezing. I also added the ability to fast forward text with [TAB].
I recommend saving in these points if the cutscenes were to freeze:
During the Prologue:
> Save after any character introduction
During the Chapter 1:
> Save before going out to the yoga event
> During the very start of the investigation, save after interacting with 3 objects that give you truth bullets (evidence).
> During the trial don't disable saving
[After the trial if the chapter outro cutscene freezes, do not worry there is no more content beyond that point.]

This was a fun experience
I consistently crash at "Misery Loves Bonds" Chapter 1 Deadly Life cinematic, only 3 notes of the song play before it freezes. I downloaded the update but it didn't fix that. I also found no footage so I'm sadly locked out of the epilogue (if it exists) :(
EDIT: I hacked the game by replacing the video file with Caine introduction video and I broke out of the crash, but all I met is a credits screen!!! LOL I guess I didn't miss out on anything, then.

Also, I looked into this. While standardizing the vids doesn't seem to fix the issue, it at least let's me give a warning for the game now.

Yeah!!! This was very ambitious! I do think the trial fell apart in a few places, I can give more specific criticism and analysis later. However you should be proud of getting a full dr fangan chapter done cuz these are definitely not easy to make, especially solo with no playtesting and case design team. How would you like me to give specific feedback?

The only exceptions are the trial minigames, since they were only designed because of Danganronpa convention and were not the main focus. Hi I also crashed a few times, the last time I crashed though was after the first trial ended.
Still absolutely adored this game, I spread it around a little bit hoping others would give it a try and enjoy it! Sucks there is only one-chapter going to be made. ;-;

Also, does the game screen freeze/blackscreen while still playing audio before crashing? Just asking to pinpoint the issue.
The audio stops at the end of chapter 1 deadly life scene where it shows the remaining participants. So very much near the end of the game.

im going into this blind and terrified i will inform you of my opinions after i play
alright so it crashed when chad came on screen so im just assuming that my computer was the first and only victim of caine who im assuming was the monokuma stand in ok bye

Happy you tried it, though it's a shame that it ended up crashing.
Can you tell me what were the last things you interacted with before the Chad event fired? I'll see if any events conflict with each other.
i wish i could remember, all I remember was trying to find all the characters. i think I mightve been mashing during the cinematic where he appears and thats when it crashed. i wish i could remember more, but the whole time I was sitting there and voice acting it with my friends and having a brain aneurysm.
